April 15, 2025 at 5:23 pmSupreme Court advocate here:You don’t need to be too worried. Keep your chats and all related evidence handy.
Talk to the woman in question and tell her that you intend to pursue this legally. File for anticipatory bail as soon as you can. And as soon as she files an FIR, move to the HC to quash it.
Any FIRs alone can’t lead to you getting terminated. There is a whole different procedure for that.
There are many different aspects to any such case. As long as you keep yourself protected legally, you don’t need to worry.

So, to answer your question, no.

February 28, 2025 at 7:22 pmThe notice is usually posted on the registrar’s notice boards at the place of residence of the parties. Which would mean your home addresses as well.I’d strongly suggest filing a writ because this rule is unfair and unconstitutional. You have a pretty strong case in my opinion to get this rule overturned.

I personally don’t feel that this portion of the law is constitutionally valid. I would challenge it.

February 28, 2025 at 6:54 pmI see. So, follow the policy by working from the office, and treat the notice period as from the date you sent the resignation.Don’t send them a legal notice just yet. If they give you any trouble after the notice period is over, follow what is written in the earlier comment.

Freedom of speech is a fundamental right. If you don’t like what such subs say, them mute them and move on. No one is forcing you to listen to their views.
I don’t even participate in the subs that I don’t like. I suggest you do the same.

And any steps that you take, including all communications with them, get it all in writing.

The things that’ll cause you issues are whether you were doing wfo with authorisation, and whether the channel through which you submitted is an accepted channel.
From the looks of it, your manager seems to be making flimsy excuses, which in my book shouldn’t stand or be tolerated in a professional setting.

February 23, 2025 at 9:45 amSo, you’re just making another pointless comment about this issue without having an iota of understanding what the issue revolves around. If you don’t like how it works, go cry to your local representative instead of throwing a hissy fit here like an autistic child. But I know you won’t do that because you don’t have even the basic level of understanding how to do something like that 😂😂.
So, rota reh. I don’t give a fuck.

You’ll have your answers. It is evident that you don’t know the first thing about Article 21 or Puttaswamy or the enforcement of the same against private individuals and I am not interested in educating you any further.
