Stop f*cking other dudes if you’re married, and now that you have, quietly sign the divorce papers that you’ve been served.

Bro, you have to collect all this data and file a complaint with e jagriti, just to teach them a lesson.
I remember they added a bill for the succeeding month after my cancellation request, and then I received several calls asking for the reason for discontinuing my connection. After like 6-7 calls, I got another call from someone claiming to be from Jio HQ, and asking the same question. So I yelled at that person, called their company and Ambani dumb, and told them to never call me again. That person didn’t respond, cut the call, and when i checked the myjio app, the bill had vanished and my connection status changed to “plan expired”.

I’ve never received any bill on that connection since, and have already taken a new connection in a different state under a different phone number.

I faced something similar when I tried to discontinue my Jio Fibre connection.
They kept on calling and saying stuff like “we are Jio, you have to return our router”. I told them “ghar pe pada hua hai jaake utha lo” to which they replied “hum ghar se nahi pickup karenge apko aake dena padega” and I replied “nahi dunga, jo ukhadna hai ukhad lo” in a very rude tone. They never called me again. So you can try something similar for your router problem.

As far as the billing issue is concerned, I hope you’ve kept screenshots of cancellation requests that you’ve made via their app or by email.
Also, in all the monthly bills the data usage is mentioned – it should be 0 in all the subsequent bills since you’ve moved from that location already.
Use all this data to file a complaint in consumer court.

              NAL.

Bhai there’s a difference between calling the customer care and writing an e-mail.
E-mail creates accountability and liability on their part, and the information shared by them over e-mail can be used for filing a strong complaint in future, if needed.

Write an email to their customer care regarding the issue and ask them to provide the exact reason for freezing the account and the steps to be taken for unfreezing.
Also, ask a friend/family member living somewhere close to a BOB branch to visit the branch and ask for the reason for freeze .

P2P buy won’t get you in any trouble, but p2p sell probably will.
If you have a judge in your pocket, then sure go ahead and once your bank account is frozen, get the judge to issue an order to the bank to unfreeze.

Idk where you’re getting your information from, but it seems quite outdated.
I’m speaking from personal experience, based on the things I’ve seen over the last 12-18 months.

Also, not mentioning the applicable charges is a clear violation of RBI guidelines so no bank would fool around with that.

Banks hand over in-principle sanction letters before the documents are scrutinized.
A clause is included which states that if the documents aren’t in order then the sanction would be cancelled. The applicable charges are also mentioned.

Brother, a bank doesn’t EMPLOY the lawyers, they HIRE them for doing legal work on a case-to-case basis.
Just like a bank hires valuers to prepare valuation reports on properties. Both these are essential for a Home Loan.
Also, the charges for these should be mentioned beforehand, on the sanction letter of your loan. If they weren’t mentioned to you beforehand, please lodge a complaint through the bank’s website.
