March 25, 2025 at 7:20 amTechnically(legally) you don’t need to pay a dime to them. However the issue is, these Companies sell their liabilities. Third parties might harass you. Technically these are “unsecured” with respect to credit cards. (I am a Lawyer, legally they can do jackshit to you).March 20, 2025 at 5:04 am in reply to: Looking for a Bombay/Delhi based Lawyer to help w Honeypot Fraud. #32455SSwetapanther869

March 19, 2025 at 4:48 amAre you a lawyer? Because even a first year student would know that to file a case of 498, people need to be married first (in some very rare cases live in). March 16, 2025 at 6:49 amNope, my friend. I believe you are a bit incorrect. You cannot sue an Advocate under IPC during the course of his work, I had appeared in a similar case before the High Court at Cuttack and even though the client was influential a 482 quashed the FIR at the very second hearing. I know it’s unfortunate but that’s what the situation is.March 16, 2025 at 6:39 am in reply to: We have lost trust in the lawyer we hired. What can we do next? #34482SSwetapanther869
