SNope. I don’t have any data and I doubt the government keeps any data of this sort. But the counter argument to this point could be that it is the Government’s responsibility to warn the public. If the public still decides to get scammed then it’s on them. Similar to how before cyclones the ICG and Navy warn fishermen to not venture out but you’d still get a few cases of them going out.SOP is the one who wants to file a PIL. The first word of PIL is Public. The court has to take into account which action benefits the public more.
Maybe start thinking logically instead of emotionally and you will get your answer.

SI get that it’s annoying but no court is going to entertain that PIL. The argument against your PIL would go something like this ” That audio has the potential to stop fraud in crores of people/ warn people about diseases, etc., etc. Hence it is more important for the public good.”And this is me a non-lawyer speaking. A lawyer can come up with far better nuanced arguments.
