May 6, 2025 at 2:35 amNope. I don’t have any data and I doubt the government keeps any data of this sort. But the counter argument to this point could be that it is the Government’s responsibility to warn the public. If the public still decides to get scammed then it’s on them. Similar to how before cyclones the ICG and Navy warn fishermen to not venture out but you’d still get a few cases of them going out.SSwiftjagdish9808

May 5, 2025 at 5:18 pmOP is the one who wants to file a PIL. The first word of PIL is Public. The court has to take into account which action benefits the public more.Maybe start thinking logically instead of emotionally and you will get your answer.

May 5, 2025 at 2:54 pmThis is like the trolley problem – save one or save 10.Also I don’t think emergency services like 100, 112 have this audio playing although I might be wrong.

May 5, 2025 at 2:46 pmI get that it’s annoying but no court is going to entertain that PIL. The argument against your PIL would go something like this ” That audio has the potential to stop fraud in crores of people/ warn people about diseases, etc., etc. Hence it is more important for the public good.”And this is me a non-lawyer speaking. A lawyer can come up with far better nuanced arguments.

May 2, 2025 at 2:08 pmFirst check if the regularisation has been done. If it has been regularised then banks shouldn’t have any problem in giving loan. If the builder is saying he will get it regularised after you buy it, then it is a ticking time bomb.SSwiftjagdish9808

April 1, 2025 at 1:18 pmI don’t have a middle name. Neither does anyone I know from my generation barring one. Even he doesn’t use his middle name. I haven’t seen any government form which makes it mandatory for middle name. But I don’t live in Maharastra so can’t comment on that aspect.SSwiftjagdish9808

March 23, 2025 at 1:38 pmTalk with a lawyer ASAP. Bond is illegal in India unless the company can prove that they spent that amount on training. But beware, HRs communicate with each other and the news that you sued can go to HRs of other companies and they can informally blacklist you.March 22, 2025 at 8:58 am in reply to: Samsung & Delhivery holding my fridge hostage โ worst customer service ever #30079SSwiftjagdish9808

March 22, 2025 at 8:22 amNAL but it looks like he is preparing grounds to show that you are not paying rent and thus can evict you more easily. Get in touch with a lawyer before you find an eviction notice stuck on your front door. And given how rent laws favour the tenants and not the original owner of the property I can understand why he is doing this. -
