April 12, 2025 at 1:09 amThe bank has these details but will not confirm to you. They. An confirm to the guy who issued the bank draft as he is their account holder who got it issued, which does not add value in your situation. Bank has the detail for sure. Take prints of all her bank accounts for six months from date of issuance to confirm the same and give it to your lawyer that u have not encased it. After 6 months the draft is Invalid, hence 6 month statement is enough to prove. Hope this helps you.March 17, 2025 at 1:04 pm in reply to: The Conman Roommate: How We Lost βΉ20 Lakh to a Master Manipulator #33548UUrbanjatin7837

March 17, 2025 at 1:27 amWas she working before and after marriage? Did her income dip after Marriage? If not and no kids, alimony might not apply. Separately be ready for any dowry stuff to return etc. Frankly if you can get out at 25-50% alimony from saved up money, you have a whole life to recover and look forward and make more. Collect documents to show all your major expenses like rentals etc. Where aRe her savings, make a counter claim on her savings to negotiate, just a few thoughts. Hoping the best for you and family. And spend properly on a good lawyer, that part will bleed.February 25, 2025 at 11:49 am in reply to: Bank Auctioned Property – Previous Owners Refusing to Vacate #46930UUrbanjatin7837
