URecord video as audio recording is said to be useless.
There are dashcam apps on Playstore that record videos nonstop even with the screen off and the app minimized.
Buy a charging stand such that it will cover as much of the room as possible.

These apps record videos in batches of 5, 10 or any custom value in minutes. And once the storage is full, the earliest video is overridden and so on..UWhy isn’t the return option on their site working? **What legal recourse can I take?**

I lost my mother at a very young age. The other kids had their mothers to come to school and complain if they were being bullied and not listened to. Whereas, my father was a meek man who used too be busy to come to school except for scheduled PTAs and results.
Knowing this, teachers didn’t take my complaints seriously. A couple of them even targeted me.**Here’s what to do:**
* Take it up with your father and write a strongly worded letter(via. e-mail) addressing the principal of your school. Make them know they shall be legally responsible if this behavior continues and the bully isn’t seriously disciplined. Mention all the relevant details. (This is necessary to maintain paper trail.)
* Make a complaint to the police. They’ll simply register an NC (Non-cognizable). If they don’t register an NC: Submit a written complaint to the police and get an “inward stamp” on a copy of that complaint as proof of complaint. Also, mention your teachers asked you to ignore it and didn’t do anything.
* Tell these things to all your friends.If he hits you again, use your right to self defense. And complain to the police and school again. (No need to mention you retaliated.)
Bullies don’t usually back down unless you put a good fight and the more you let them hurt you, the more they do it.
U**-NAL-**Hire a really good lawyer from the very beginning. A bad one will prove to be very expensive down the line.
* Shortlist 5-6 good lawyers who practice at court having jurisdiction.
* Approach one for consultation and ask him about what course of action he recommends.
* Then approach the next one doing the same.
* If the 2nd one’s suggests something different, then pitch him the previous lawyer’s idea as your own and his opinion on it. Ask for legal reasoning he claims there are any flaws with the previous lawyer’s idea.Repeat the last two points with the remaining shortlisted lawyers before zeroing down on one to fight your case.
Also, do your own extensive research about remedies against wives available to husbands, common misconceptions, etc. before approaching them. Clear any doubts with them too.

If you delete your old review, and the agency is serious about taking you to court (even if it’s highly unlikely), **they can just edit screenshots of your deleted review to something actually defamatory** and present those. And then it will be your word against theirs.
