Try to get a seat in a government college. It doesn’t require much fees when compared to other institutions. Kerala State has some good government institutions.

If you have not placed a rental agreement and registered ,then it is a bit problematic. I would suggest you to cut off the water, electricity supply and employ other tactics(nothing illegal). If you are not in need of money , just wait . The situation will change. Try to sell off the land to a bigger player, someone who has the power and the time to handle such situations.

It’s better to come to a compromise with the help of police. Moving legally for a such issues are a pain in the ass. Get your phone back first. If you still want to pursue, get a doctor’s certificate saying your fingers are injured and lodge a complaint in the police station.

Not a lawyer. I think photography is not allowed in the bank. But again, they snatched the phone while you were not recording, so i think what they did is wrong. But since you are in the police station, u might want to know whether they have filed any case against you. Whatever the case maybe, i think u should say u were not aware of that rule and was trying to record for your own safety.
