The Indian law tells that the property of the father will go to their children’s until unless there father does not allow them their property…. If your grandfather has made a will in which he stated that your father will get the property when he dies then he will get the property whether the allotment is done or notUIf the property or FD is in the name of your father than you will get the money and the land….but you can’t do anything in the case of the investigation regarding your father’s death because fir evidence postmortem is required and on that basis investigation starts….my father is a lawyer…and tomorrow I can tell you the solution regarding your problem…I will ask him what can we do in this case so that you can get justice and the property which you and your mom deserve….just keep in touch…UAs as you know that in this country law is for women and law-da for men…. If she had signed somewhere in a contract than that she will not get the refund then you have an strong chance that she cannot do anything to you but in this case she can file first complain against you by some feminism…. As you know if a girls want help then everybody helps a despite everyone knows that she is wrong…. If you did not find any loss or very little amount of lost then return the money because if the matter we go to the court or police station that it might get version because everyone knows that what is the behaviour of police and how much time does the court takes to give the correct judgementUYou don’t need to panic….my father is a lawyer and i have seen a lot of cases like that and if that women has signed the contract in which the terms and condition is mentioned than you don’t have any problem because legal is she can’t do anything and if she will apply falls kiss on you then she need an evidence…. And public servant cannot miss us power so his sister cannot do anything because they all are afraid of court and a lawyers
