A rent agreement of 11 months or less you can just get it notarized on a 100 rupee stamp paper (will generally be sold for 1100 or 1200) and it is valid in court.

If the rent agreement is for more than 11 months then it has to be “registered” with the registrar or sub-registrar of your town. This attracts additional fee.
If you have say a 3 year rent agreement and it is just notarized and not registered then it has little to no value in court.

      For example for delhi –
for 11 months or less you spend 1100-1200 for 100 rupee stamp paper
For less than 5 years – 2% of average annual rent
For 5 to 9 (or 10 year sorry don’t quote me on this, will have to check once again) – 5% of average annual rent

For 10 to 20 years – 5% of double the average annual rent.

These are not legally enforceable. I am sorry.

If the property is ancestral/bought by your grand parents or before then you may still have some rights.

Without that there isn’t much you can do.

Does your father still work in the same business or has he separated his financials entirely?

If he has any stake in the business then again some arguments can be made.

In any case you will need to consult a professional lawyer who can understand your position and consult on what may be ways to safeguard yourself.

It will help by saving your headache, court fee and lawyer fee when your husband brings this up.

                You can.

You can ask the platform to remove personally identifiable information or remove the video itself.

If you’re face and name is also mentioned then yes not the best move.

But unless your husband or his lawyer is petty as fuck it should not be an issue.
At worst you can ask the platform to remove all personal identifiable information about you and your husband. And if the platform doesn’t agree you can send them a legal notice for cease and desist.

Nothing to loose sleep over in comparison to the divorce itself.

Every complaint is not an FIR.

It might have a number something like CCTNS

That’s the central system for complaints. Ask the cop to send notice of investigation
That, generally, will state clearly the complaint number, the nature of complaint, who are all involved and some vague direction of why you are being called.
This will generally also state that you will not be arrested without due process and that this is just an investigation.

They make you travel from other cities to just create some pressure and also hopes of some bribes.
