This is the stupidity tax my man. I’m sorry but there is no way out.

In the eyes of the law you may be able to file a criminal complaint against your friend who can also spin fake stories to keep delaying the process of justice.

In the eyes of the bank you and you alone are responsible for the payment of this loan. They don’t care of you took the money and burnt it on day 1. Whether you’re friend pays you or not you are liable to pay to the bank..

Even if they terminate you – they are liable to pay you for the maternity leave. That’s the law and there are pretty much no ways to circumvent this.

They are free to terminate you now or post the break, but will have to pay through your maternity leave.

Source – my wife’s a lawyer, we have a law firm on retainer for my business, and we hire women and yup, you have to pay through maternity.

              You have a watertight case.

Please don’t indulge people finding blame in the girl.

The girl is dumb, and young – the boy is a pervert and and a predator and he will have sexual relations (consensual or otherwise) with your niece if you don’t put a stop to this right away.

              Action points –

              (1) Compile all chats, texts, incidents into a Google doc/word file.
              (2) Go to the nearest police station and tell them a minor is being forced to share explicit pics and is at danger of being sexually assaulted.
              (3) They will register an FIR and/or complaint.
              (4) Pocso website has a form to fill to raise a complaint where a child may be in danger of sexual assault.
              (5) You need a lawyer, if you can’t afford one then the national commission for women will pay for one or get one of their empanelled lawyers to do it.
              (6) This will be under POCSO which is very stringent and supportive of victims.

Please note the following caveats –
              (1) The cops and judges will be insensitive to you and your plight.
That is no excuse to let your niece remain in touch with this freak or risk a teenage pregnancy or being in such an obtuse relationship that her standard understanding relationship is ruined forever.
              (2) The niece doesn’t seem to understand the gravity of the situation. That needs to be explained to her in a manner she can understand.

As a man I urge you to please take appropriate action and I’m willing to help out in any way shape or form.
              Please protect your niece.

The fact that your friend has sexual relations with a minor can land him in massive trouble.

I had an issue with a volkswagen passat which has an engine size problems at 8000km in the first year.

The service center claimed an estimate of 12 lakhs on a 30 lakhs brand new vehicle stating this is not covered under warranty and my insurance did not cover it either.

I sent legal notices to VW service center, the india company ceo, and Germany head office ceo that I will hold them personally liable for purposefully send their shitty stalk to a “third world” country like India.
Also writing emails to VW global ceo in germany to share his home address so that I can fill the car with garbage and dump it his house.

Went to auto expo with sign board about VW, gave TV interviews at Z and in autocar online for how shitty this experience has been and after one year of all of this nonsense I received a legal notice for unpaid parking charges at the service center for my car being “dumped” there for “no reasonable cause”.

Started calling all VW CXO/senior management I could find the number for and paid an intern to call all 15 folks at night and odd hours and festivals.
Sent legal notice to all fo them

No one from the service center nor company came to court since it was a civil offense and eventually the court passed a bailable warrant for the service center and company director. That’s when I started getting calls for finding reasonable resolution.

Finally got my car back after paying 1 lakh in “parking charges”.

For context —- I run a business, and in the process of trying to recover bad debts and in the last 12 years that I’ve taken over legal processes for the business – I have initiated about 40 cases of which I’ve seen actual recovery only in maybe 7-8 cases and about 20 are still ongoing. And the rest got dropped at some point because the cases were getting too time consuming or costly that I’d rather loose money than go to court more often.

                    – the max terms are given to history sheeters.
                    – such cases of neighbourhood fights barely get the sort of strict response from the law that you’re expecting here.
Your neighbors need to be existing or retired ias/ips kinds of be close to politicians for this to even get registered as a complaint let alone be turned into an fir.
So that’s how I would judge the true risk of your position at this point.

                    – if you have a FIR for a violent altercation, say road rage related, this will certainly impact your chances for hospitality roles or customer facing roles. Makes very little difference in most other jobs.
More than the fir or the crime it is about how anal your prospective employer. A good indicator of that is how dei friendly are they.

                      – technically abusing a woman can be pressed as outraging the modesty of a woman but in this case she’s clearly a difficult person and the cops ain’t blind man

                      – you don’t have anything to worry about. Even if the neighbour gets the best lawyers and forced the cops to file an FIR – the district magistrate will not let this go to court to waste everyone’s time and effort

                      – police complaints don’t show up on background checks. FIRs do but most Indian companies don’t check for that either.

                      – FIRs and criminal court cases also show up for background verification for Visa, but even then most countries are fine with it as long as you are honest and don’t come across as a liability to the host country.

Source – I have a law firm on retainer for my business and my wife’s a lawyer.
I had 2 FURs against me and still could travel to Canada and Italy (Schengen visa) without only mild inconvenience of submitting a few additional documents for my visa appointments.

Running someone over is never accepted as self defence.

The court expects a lenient form of reciprocation to deter the person you are being threatened by.

That’s it. There is no other way to quash an FIR.

Get the court order copy, get it signed stamped as an original copy from the court.

Take a screenshot of the online oage that shows the FIR as cancelled /quashed.

There is no other documentary evidence that you can provide for quashing of the FIR.

Also, personally i am very curious as to what dept are you with and what was the FIR about

I recommend getting the court case transcript. You can find that online too through your case number ir even the names of the parties and their counsel.

That will give you a nice idea of where the case is at truly from you being able to get a decree.

It might seem like shit ain’t moving but this is remarkably progress according to my experience with the legal system in the kast decade.

If yiu go through the transcript then you can understand if evidence for both parties has happened or not, if cross questioning has happened yet or not, if party arguments have happened or not and then the judge will pass an order.

Most of the steps might look the same thing being repeated in different ways to an outsider.
