report her account on facebook and post on your account explaining what she is doing. ask a lawyer to send her a legal notice asking her to cease impersonating your father as it is ruining the goodwill and face of your family. If she continues, maybe approach a family member who you both like to mediate the matter. Obviously do all this if you have proof that she is impersonating you.

Unless she sends death threats and threats of harm through the account, I don’t think you have a legal case to go to court.

depends, you still have a complaint against your name. Its better to deal with it and get it out of the way.

NAL what type of bonus is this? If it is stipulated in the employee’s employment contract and forms part of the employee’s terms and conditions of employment, then it is a guaranteed bonus and you have a right to it. You can file a complaint at your states labour commissioner. I am not sure about your query about notice period. Your company cannot compel you to come to work, however if you dont complete your notice period they will black list you and not give you any recommendations. Background checks might also be an issue. Do what you with that information

NAL ask the the bank for a copy of the complaint. visiting the bank helps, some branches have helpful representatives who can aid your with these cybercrime/financial fraud cases if you explain yourself properly. Might have to wait in a long line but if you have the time go.

Otherwise once you have a copy of the complaint, visit the cyber crime department and explain your situation.

but its always better to approach a lawyer for such matters as they will understand the full case and advise you properly

NAL first legal notice to the employee. Then FIR.

If you can’t trace him, file an FIR for theft to the police.

Also lawyer up incase the client files a complaint case against you. Try and salvage whatever relationship you have left.

if the other woman is the second wife she wont receive any property as her marriage is void under the hindu marriage act. If your father has not left a will then mutate the property (updating who the property belongs to). You will know the process if you look online

it is better to go to a property lawyer for all of this as this might get messy

was an FIR filed? or were the police involved? get a copy of that. Most likely, the police would have recorded that she was jay walking.

Usually the only way she can get compensation is filling for compensation under the motor vehicles act. Your insurance company will be involved and if they see you havent violated any of their policy terms (your negligence did not cause the accident), then the insurance company will pay for the compensation. Other wise they will pay and recover the amount from you. It a long drawn legal battle but that is usually the way it goes.

My advise would be to ask a lawyer who does compensation cases under the motor vehicles act. And if there is any way to settle outside court.

If you give money from your own pocket without legal representation, who knows what amount they will ask from you next.

second wife wont get property because as per hindu law you cant have two wives. If he divorced the first wife and then married the second then all children and wives will get property as divided by the Mitakshara system of law.

Update the property records through mutation.

So he was accused for a criminal charge right? Right to privacy if not a criminal charge. But it can apply to criminal cases of other charges. I am assuming that the wife filed an FIR of stalking

depends on how he collected the evidence. If he stalked her to the point that she apprehended danger, the stalking laws would apply. But if he collected evidence and then filed a case without leaking the information to the public, I don’t see the issue. While stalking a person with a private investigator is morally wrong in my opinion (they should collect the evidence themselves), it’s common in adultery cases.

Ask him to lawyer up, a proper lawyer will ensure he wont be jailed. However if the private investogator and your friend broke the law by stalking her to the point she feared for her life, then it will be more difficult to save him

social media, tag the, Consumer laws in india is shit and sadly tagging them on social media on twitter usually works. If not tell the bank the transaction is fraudulent. Also zomato wanted your bank statements, go to your bank and ask a represetitive to be in contact with them to prove your money has not been reverted. And if you want to persue it legally, then consumer court, you might even get more

Medical Council (MMC/NMC) cannot intervene unless he has been negligent as a doctor. And yes the high court case will continue if mediation fails. May I ask on what grounds the case has reached the high court? Has the trial court already passed an opinion in the form of a judgement or an order ? or did you go to the high court to get the case transferred to another judge as they are being slow/not proceeding properly?

Also is the main high court case a divorce case or a criminal case? You cant send domestic abuse cases to mediation. Speak to your lawyer, and if you feel they are not protecting your rights properly, then speak to local NGO’s for legal protection

also OP, please protect yourself first, have you gone back to your maternal house?

again disclamer- always talk to your lawyer and not strangers on the internet as we dont know all the facts

A lot of people have said that court takes a lot of time so I dont advise to get into that. But a legal notice can do wonders. Cite section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act that punished teachers for all torture of children, including mental. You can also say you have tried your best to approach the school but they have taken no action
