January 24, 2025 at 2:50 amHi OP, sorry you’re going through this. Making the decision to leave them both is the right one for now. Depending on where in Mumbai you stay, google NGO’s that deal with domestic violence. Read the ratings and reviews before you approach them. You can walk into any of the NGO’s and they will be able to help you with shelter and legal proceedings. Do take advantage of these organisations as they have been set up to help women that are at a disadvantage.UUser_bf311edd

January 18, 2025 at 7:45 amOkay great then, look up a lawyer and send them a legal notice. Also explore options to sue them. You can claim that you were mentally affected by their toxic work culture. Just don’t let this go. If you fight this, you’ll win it for sure.UUser_bf311edd

January 18, 2025 at 6:09 amSend them a formal email acknowledging everything you’ve done beyond what you needed to do as per your agreement, and highlight the abuse done towards you and your parents and state that you are uncomfortable going back to the office. Ask them for the FF settlement and to release all your documents failing which, you will be filing a legal suit. Most companies do not want to waste time and money pursuing legal suits. If they don’t oblige, you’ll have to get in touch with a corporate lawyer.UUser_bf311edd

January 17, 2025 at 7:57 amIf you want legal advice, you need to elaborate your situation. Firstly, why are they targeting you? Secondly, you can’t just drop a grenade saying you were abducted by your parents with no explanation whatsoever. So please explain your situation.
