UYou have the full right to ask for Refund Reference Number for the transaction from Zomato , especially in a written mail.
Take the number and contact with the bank. Also, send the statement to ZomatoUThis is the statement you will be slapped it.

If not , get a confirmation mail first. Tell the CSA that you won’t drop the call unless you send the confirmation mail
