I’m pretty sure the company has withheld the money on their platform account, from which people can withdraw into their own account. No one is filing cyber cases against a fantasy league account and the company is giving bs reasons to get out of paying that 40l.

You can threaten them, but don’t expect much from a consumer court case on this kind of damages and anyone who tells you otherwise is deluded.
