Just exit the deal if there is no extra FSI alloted for such land, and also next time have a local agent or local person with you it does help.

I agree as per my knowledge for a farmer it is ok to build a single house on his farmland. Mostly the house should not be multi storey.

If multi storey house then you need to take and get your plan and other approvals from gram panchayat.

There is a portal to register police complaint/ grievances online, go there and register your complaint keep the reference number with you. It will take sometime to reach the relevant police station and once it reaches there you will get call from station itself.

Also if this doesn’t work then you can hire a lawyer and approach the magistrate for the Same.

Just go to the police station with a properly written complaint, Agreement of leave and license and any other supporting proofs.

Approach the SP directly and get your complaint dispatched, and ask them to help you.

Had you taken flat through any broker ?
