Did you give it in writing? If yes, then forward the application to the Superintendent of Police, stating tht the bank is refusing to follow procedure, you can also mail the application and the refusal to the bank HQ.

Write an application quoting that you need the grievance addressed as per the SOP issued by the MHA. If they fail to do it, forward it to the SP.

If nothing works, you’ll have to file a writ petition before the High Court.

Non legal way would be tagging amazon and their customer care in twitter and posting your grievance.

As a lawyer practicing in Kerala, I would say the chances of you entrusting the case to a morally bankrupt lawyer is less.

I don’t know lawyers practicing in Bangalore personally, but I can enquire if you want.
