UYour best bet would be to contact Adani customer care and explain the situation. Do this in person at an Adani centre.UThis was followed for some months in covid. Citizens were asked to take the reading themselves, but obviously not everyone did it. Adani generated a bill based on usage patterns for many. Later when official meter reading was taken, the amount was adjusted.UMy guess would be – when the person came to take the reading of the meter, it didn’t exist, so he must have mentioned unable to take reading or something.
