      Rather than taking the legal time consuming route, just activate stop payment for the cheque that you have given..
      peace of mind is more important than filing a case and breaking your head.

              You need to buckle up..
              He doesn’t deserve to be in a community environment.
              If you are ready to teach him a lesson the hard way please follow the below.

              If he has pigeons then you buy a cat,I hope you have learnt of the “food chain” in school.

              Take photos and videos of him dumping garbage on the road,. Write complaints to the concerned dept, if there are no actions start posting it on social media.. that the dept is of no use..

              Get a concrete pot plant a small plant for name sake and place it the centre, even you can use one slot and the neighbour can use one..
              Have a CCTV so that you can cover all these if any damages are made by him.
              He won’t try to move the pot with his car.. it will cause significant damage to him.

                This is RBI regulation.
                If you have multiple loans with a financial institution and even if one loan goes bad(NPA) and the remaining loans are serviced properly, all the loans will be classified as NPA and recovery will be initiated.

                In your case one is a secured loan and another is unsecured
                You are servicing the secured loan with the fear of loosing the underlying asset (car) and you have stopped repayment towards unsecured loan. Here the bank has every right to liquidate the asset(car) and recover the dues towards CC.

                When both the loans goes into NPA and you choose to close one loan ie CC.
                The other loan should be serviced properly and all the charges have to be paid, like cheque bounce, litigation charges, etc etc.

                Even if you pay one month EMI, the emi won’t be sufficient as they recover the overdue charges like penal, late payment, cheque bounce, and other charges.. your EMI wouldn’t be serviced properly. You are trying to make use of the 90 days window where they classify your loan as NPA and pay before the 90th day..
                But there are charges that are getting accumulated once you miss an emi.

                You can get in touch with the bank and ask them to restructure the loan, and request for waiver of penal and other charges. So that you can regularise the loan.

                  Yes if one loan goes bad with a bank and even if the remaining loans are good, they classify all the loans to be bad this is RBI regulation. banker is trying to keep all your accounts good so he is worst case scenario of selling the house to recover the CC dues
                  possible solutions are
                  1.Please ask the bank to restructure the home loan, to reduce your emi amount and increase the tenure, the remaining amount can be paid to the CC.
                  2. try to obtain a overdraft loan in your existing homeloan banks offer this facility, if they offer close your CC
                  3. IF you have gold mortgage it, and close you CC.
                  4.MF/Equity etc sell it off and close your CC.
                  5. Take some money from friends and family who are ready to help you to close the CC and REPAY them back.
                  I guess you are using the CC to the maximum limits. please reduce it and limit the utilization

                  the charges on CC are always on the higher side upwards on 36% plus the non payment penalties, overdue interest, etc so kindly pay your CC bills without any fail.

                    No one would provide an estimate before you vacate the house, during house shifting process there will be damages caused to the house, though it might be minor, deep scratches etc,
                    Even if someone give an estimate before and the actuals will differ.. so that there isn’t any confusion the estimate will be given only after the house is vacant.

                    The land lord would be happy if you can return the house at the same state that you got it. But what ideally happens is if the paint work is given to the tenants, they tend to use low quality paints and labour just get the “touch up” done, after a week the owner can literally see two shades of paints on the wall.

                    If you feel the landlord is charging you more, you are open to get the quote form multiple vendors and suggest the landlord which you are comfortable.
                    But trust me the landlord would be having a regular guy who does this and you can’t get any vendor to match his quote…

                      Well you can take up with the society, that the tenant is staying illegally in your flat and you are requesting them to stop all the amenities. You have the right as a flat owner.
                      To support your claims they might ask you to give them
                      The expired rental agreement, eviction notice, etc
                      You need to hire a good lawyer and get that asap.
                      Where there is a will there is a way..
                      BESCOM connection would be under your control
                      You can ask them stop it for a days citing renovation, electrical alteration etc
                      Once electricity is out
                      He will definitely move out.

                        Are you looking to withdraw the entire amount? Or partial?
                        If partial you can do it once you transfer the amount from the first employer to the second. Post that initiate a withdrawal request.
                        If you are planning for entire amount then you need to wait for 6months of continuous unemployment then it wil allow

                          Hope you have a rental agreement, to fight it in court it will take ages.. there is no guarantee that even you can get the due rent. You will have to waive it off for eviction. A person who hasn’t paid you rent for 3y do you think he will pay the rent all at once even if the court orders him to do? It’s a big NO
                          These cases will take ages even with very good lawyers..

                          Seeing the response from your your lawyers they dnt want to take up this case.. change your lawyers.
                          Getting an eviction notice shouldn’t be more than 2months.

                          Best thing to evict such tenants is to use your muscles power (brain)
                          Cut off the basic amenities to your house you are the land lord you have all the right to approach the competent authority.
                          If you cut off electricity and water even if he has political connections do you think he can survive in the flat?
                          If the apartment is a bigger one, you must be in the association of society. Look into the bylaws if some one stops paying maintenance what are the consequences..I guess access to amenities are stopped like Lift, water, garbage collection, upkeep of common areas,

                          play your part.
                          You can write to society in the pretext of refurbishing the apartment stop the water connection to my flat. They wil do it happily..

                            I never take bill from supermarkets..
                            If it’s clothing and chances of return are there then I demand a hardcopy. Which they provide. If they say we are all digital save paper save earth etc.. you say then on the face you want to sell the goods or not?

                            Customer is the king. Try to play that card.
                            Dnt fall for any discount, offers, promotions etc..

                              Even I faced the same while ordering at reliance smart, dominos mcd etc.. I just say 9999999999 they can’t say this isn’t your number.. this works.. tried and tested..
                              Reliance is one step ahead, if you choose upi they ask your number I always say card even if it’s less than 50rs bill..
                              Domino’s will insist you to download their app and place the order… You need not, just say them you didn’t get a phone or phone is out of battery.. want to place the order directly.
                              All these companies are mining our data, and sell them to different companies for profit.

                                You can’t extend your last day at any cost.
                                Say them as per the rules I’ve informed and ready to serve the notice period as per the terms.
                                Have a copy of the mail acknowledgement and your company policies.
                                If they say they won’t giv experience letter etc, keep all the evidence say them you wil go to labour court.

                                  Submit all your documents via email to the branch head and regional manager.
                                  And say the same have been couriered to branch send the same in a registered post.
                                  Hope this helps.
                                  I suggest you look out for a different bank and get the loan faster.
