File complaint to RBI ombudsman after a week as well as after a month.
Also file RTI after 1-2 month requesting status of your complaint
Bfor RBI ombudsman, 30 days needs to be passed after complaint in bank. Your bank doesn’t seem to have physical presence.There is no such day criteria for DPG portal.
Bregister complaint on DPG portal. Google it. It’s government portalalso register complaint on RBI ombudsman. Don’t chase returns for FD ever in life.
