You need to register death within 21 days.

Get atleast 15 original copies of death certificate by paying extra because whenever you go, they ask for original death certificate.

If 21 days are passed, still visit municipality and ask them procedure

BM have huge ego but you can not complain to RBI unless it’s 30 days from regular complaint.

Just do formality.

Regarding abuse, you should post on Twitter and reach out to Suchita Dalal. She has NGO called money life something. They help with financial malpractices without charging any money

ask for bank register and write down complaint in it.

Give written complaint to bank manager and take acknowledgement.

After 30 days write Complaint to RBI ombudsman

after 3-4 days, file RTI requesting status of your complaint

also register complaint on DPG portal (Google it)

Once you send it back, they do reversal via bank and amount in your bank account will be put on hold.

Don’t worry about him. Number of harasser who stops harassing victim after police complaint are 10x more but these don’t make it to news.

Posh is useless. Please file FIR. Save future women and all other women. It will only get worse.

Other option is to change company but he will do with other women

I am no lawyer. Give written first call their customer care and register complaint.

Also register complaint on their website.

Meet their office head /brach head and give written complaint and take acknowledgement.

Then after 30 days, register complaint on RBI ombudsman.

File RTI requesting status of your complaint after 3-4 days.

Also register complaint on DPG portal against muthut.
