You will need to file a suit for eviction. There is no other way. It will not be very difficult in your case since it is an Oral Lease under the Transfer of Property Act.
But encash the cheques immediately. If they bounce, then you’re in luck. Immediately issue a Notice in terms of the NI Act and commence criminal proceedings.

          Lawyer here.

The question is whether you can prove the contract existed. Do you have written communications with him on whatsapp, email or SMS? If so, then you can use that to file a suit against him and recover that money.

My advice would be to not delay the matter any more and consult a lawyer and file a suit immediately.

Immediately move RERA. You can also choose to file a Consumer Complaint. But act immediately.

                Lawyer here.

Your family does not receive notice personally. It is a public notice which is affixed at the office of the Registrar. That’s it. Unless they go there physically to check, they’ll not know.

She can change the will anytime (and multiple times, wherever she wants) during her lifetime. But you can still recover the amounts you have spent on the development of the property. There are ways to do that legally.

Go to the MCA website and get the company master data. That will give you the Company’s registered address and the registered email ID. Send a copy physically to the registered address via speed post. Send an electronic copy (preferably scanned or digitally signed) through email. That’s pretty much it.

This is not just a civil case. You can take action under criminal law for cheating, criminal breach of trust, and forgery. You should contact a good lawyer.

The time to approach them is now over. You should now approach a lawyer and evict them.
