April 2, 2025 at 7:01 amYou will need to file a suit for eviction. There is no other way. It will not be very difficult in your case since it is an Oral Lease under the Transfer of Property Act.
But encash the cheques immediately. If they bounce, then you’re in luck. Immediately issue a Notice in terms of the NI Act and commence criminal proceedings.BBrightowl5321

February 23, 2025 at 10:07 amLawyer here. The question is whether you can prove the contract existed. Do you have written communications with him on whatsapp, email or SMS? If so, then you can use that to file a suit against him and recover that money.
My advice would be to not delay the matter any more and consult a lawyer and file a suit immediately.

January 29, 2025 at 5:25 amLawyer here.Your family does not receive notice personally. It is a public notice which is affixed at the office of the Registrar. That’s it. Unless they go there physically to check, they’ll not know.

January 27, 2025 at 3:12 pmLawyer here.Go to the MCA website and get the company master data. That will give you the Company’s registered address and the registered email ID. Send a copy physically to the registered address via speed post. Send an electronic copy (preferably scanned or digitally signed) through email. That’s pretty much it.
