May 3, 2025 at 7:16 amNo, since it is cognizable, the police will do all the work. But if you are reluctant I understand. No decent person wants to be involved with the police and courtsBBrightowl5321

2. They can do nothing.
3. Things cannot go south. They cannot refuse to give you any leave. Earned leave is a matter of right. They must not even comment on it. If they accuse you in writing.
This is just an ego issue. Simply ignore and move on.

May 1, 2025 at 7:45 amAs someone else suggested, you sisters can be excluded from the will. But this will be challenged in all probability. I would suggest executing a Gift deed. Of course, you will be required to pay stamp duty. But that would save you a lot of time and money later on.BBrightowl5321

April 30, 2025 at 4:27 amWell. Engage a lawyer immediately. Why will you voluntarily give up money and property when it is legally yours? You don’t have to speak with your family members. If they call you, ask them to speak to your lawyer. It is not very difficult. And there is no grounds for any criminal case at all. Even challenging a registered will by way of a suit is extremely difficult.BBrightowl5321
