You need to file an FIR immediately. If the police refuses, then contact a Lawyer and file a Complaint/Petition before the Magistrate for a direction to the police to file an FIR.

Why do you comment on a Legal Advice Forum with completely wrong information? At least do some research before you write man.

Lawyer here. You can recover your money.

The police is reluctant to file FIRs in cases of cheating. It is possible you will have to engage a lawyer to file a Petition before your local magistrate to direct an FIR. Once an FIR is registered, he will appear before the Court. At that point, file a Civil Suit against him.

He will inevitably pay you back at this point. If not he will go to jail.

Well. That itself is a proof of their deficient service. You should engage a good counsel. Send a legal notice. Maybe it will be resolved. If you feel there is no chance that Zara would resolve this mess amicably, I would say file a complaint. But whatever you do, do it fast. Law favours those who do not sleep on their rights.

                Lawyer here.

You should consider going to the consumer court. You get your money back along with compensation in light of the facts of your case.

                  Lawyer here.

File a Civil Suit seeking injunction and damages. Also file for ex-parte ad interim injunction. With a good lawyer you will be able to get an ex-parte injunction in such a case.

The solution would be to hire better lawyers.

                        Lawyer here.

                        Answers to your questions:

                        1. Yes.

                        2. Yes. But is is not necessary.

                        3. You should not be drafting legal notices and claims on your own. You will inevitably fuck up and ruing your case.

I would advise that you go to a good lawyer if you want to make a claim that is worthwhile.

You can challenge the Will. If you do not have a copy and the will was registered, then you can obtain a certified copy. In any case, you can check the land records with the help of a lawyer. Do not delay anything and file a civil suit immediately after consulting a lawyer.

If you are not using loudspeakers, or making noise, then it will be fine. You don’t require permissions from anyone. But since being a Muslim in this country means that you will be harassed anyways, do inform your neighbours and RWA.

                                  Lawyer here.

You will need to engage a lawyer. He can file an application in the relevant court and have the money transferred back to your account. Sometimes the police may also cooperate with the lawyer and will give the money back to you upon execution of a bond and continue their investigation.
