BThat is true but my guess is that most of the time these are just hateful uncles on a power trip who will also back down when they realise that they will get into a court case because of this. A good lawyer is the best person to gauge the situation.BAre they allowed to create bye-laws like this that are a violation of the fundamental rights? Let a lawyer answer. My guess is that one legal notice for harassment will straighten them.BHa ha, no. And i think that is relatively new. I have had this username for years now. If i had a way to influence those who can amend the laws, i would.BThe outrage was not just about this but because of the general pitiable condition of everything in this country, especially the legal system. At the very least the years of harassment that happens even if one is right. The delaying tactics that waste money and break people’s will to live. And the lack of political will to introduce major reforms against corruption in police and judiciary. We got used to it but it’s no way to live. So i outrage hoping to direct more people’s anger towards these things.BEveryone who has the capacity to introduce reforms but doesn’t because of apathy and greed, by which i mean the government and judiciary.BIndian legal system sucks. Why the hell does the owner of the property need to prove a bona fide need? I don’t need my property. I just want it empty. Who the hell is the court to order me to give it to someone else if I don’t want to? What a pathetic system. We Indians need to outrage about the right things and outrage so hard it shakes up their sleeping consciences.BMake noise on Twitter and find senior people from customer support on LinkedIn etc and message them.
