Hi OP, if the settlement is not reached then the case will proceed to trial. The State Medical Council only deals with complaints arising out of professional capacity(misconduct, negligence, as such). However, there is a lot of politics at play in these associations, you may give it a shot. By doing this, it will help create strategic pressure upon him.

Hi OP, sorry to hear that. You can move consumer court (deficiency in service), having jurisdiction where your residential address with the bank is. However, it must be noted it might take at least a year and your Credit score is going to suffer until the order.
              >
Therefore, a better strategy would be to concurrently file a criminal complaint(non-cognizable, via CJM/MM) alleging fraud. This will help you to get a stay order barring the bank from reporting to Credit Ratings Agency until the conclusion of trial, hence save your credit score from further degradation.

It might seem very overwhelming but it is not. Hope it helps.

If you are not named in FIR, then why worry. You are not an accused. Relax.

Given what you mentioned (victim in one state, suspect in another). So, let’s only concentrate on the suspect part. Are you named in the FIR? Or just you have been summoned by the I.O. for investigation? At what stage is the investigation? Charge framed? Since how many days your account is frozen?

Defamation for a product review? You have a plethora of case laws in your favour. There must be more than it meets the eyes. Share the notice and your case citation. Let me see what I can do.

Immediately report it. POCSO is guaranteed, if indeed true.

Hi OP, I am only going to provide a solution to your issue. There are no laws prohibiting anyone to work as a babysitter regardless of age. However, as per labour law, min age is 14 years.

File a FIR(criminal restraint/intimidation) against the person/persons who restraint her. She is 16 yrs, hence minor, so police themselves might add POCSO against them.
