May 2, 2025 at 8:40 amShe canโt file any suit against you just for having intimate photos or videos of her, as long as they were shared with her consent during the relationship and you do not share them with anyone else. However, do not attempt to share or threaten to share such content with anyone doing so would be a serious offense under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the BNS 2023, and could result in criminal charges. On the other hand, if you do not have any such photos or videos and she still files a suit, she wonโt be able to take legal action against you on that ground alone , try to collect and preserve any kind of evidence related to her such as conversations or threatening messages sent by her as it can help you if any legal issue arises in the future.CCoolnisha5299

April 24, 2025 at 2:31 pmHe just threatened you. I don’t think he will file a parenting maintenance claim(section 144 of BNSS) , but in case he does, you can argue that he never acted as a father throughout your life. So, the case may go in your favour. For an exact solution, Iโll need to find case laws that support your side, which will take some time. But for now, try to collect evidence of the amount you paid as a debt for your father. I hope you have witnesses who know what your father did when you were just a child. He used to drink and collect that evidence as well.

April 23, 2025 at 8:20 pmOkay, so basically, whenever you file an FIR, you should receive a copy of it, which includes the FIR number. In case you didnโt get it, you can go back to the police station and ask for the FIR.it’s your legal right. Also, every police station is required to publish the FIR on their official website, so you can check it online as well. Every state has their own website so just use google for this.CCoolnisha5299

April 23, 2025 at 7:57 pmHey, you can 100% take legal action against her under the BNS law. First, under Section 227 BNS, she gave false information to the police just to harm your dad, which is a criminal offence. Then there’s Section 230 BNS, which deals with filing a false FIR with the intention to harass someone.she clearly did that, and it can lead to serious punishment depending on the false allegation she made.If you win this case. which you likely will, since you have solid evidence like CCTV footage then after getting a court order in your favour, you should file a defamation case under Section 356 of BNS.
But if you want proper legal advice, then I need to know everything about this case, as your post doesn’t explain everything in detail.

April 23, 2025 at 1:16 pmIn this situation, the school can file a General Diary (GD) with the police to record the false allegations and threats, and if harassment continues, issue a legal notice and consider filing a complaint. This is what legal remedy you have. But
But my advice is that you should first Stay composed and avoid direct confrontation with the parents. Appoint a senior staff member or counselor to communicate with them and keep all interactions documented like any kind of evidence. Arrange a formal meeting with written minutes to clarify your stance and offer solutions
..But if you really want effective legal advice, we need a proper meeting because your text does not provide the complete story

April 22, 2025 at 4:41 pmI donโt think itโs a scam. The government makes investments when someone gets a high-profile job. Just by sending your name, date of birth, I don’t think they can get any money from your bank.CCoolnisha5299

April 20, 2025 at 9:14 pmIt depends on your x. Her parents can file a case against you on abetment of sucide and possibly other charges too but it completely depends on her statement in court. and at the same time its also clear that she was depressed because of her own reason in this situation. I would suggest you just don’t delete your old messages or any kind of evidence that shows you were a good boyfriend and she was depressed because of her own reasons. -
