DIf the loan and the credit cards are in his name with no nominees or guarantor then you have nothing to worry..Just tell the bank that he has passed away with proof (death certificate) and okay dumb when they ask you to pay up.DIf it is not a full load then generally P&M will wait till the carrier is full from other orders. So it could take time to dispatch.
If the P&M company is reputed then you don’t need to worry. You will get your goods.
DDoes the model number on the AC match the item that you ordered? If so then you have no grounds. There could be a typo in the descriptions. But as long as the model# matches, you just may have to live with it.DYour lack of understanding of credit card business and general lack of awareness is the problem. No one screwed you over. You screwed yourself because you were dumb.If they had started charging you then the only thing you had to do was to call the customer service and cancel the CC and cut it up. That’s it.
