Are you asking can a 18 year old girl date 18 year old boy?
Yes, she can date him.
Just do a cross check on the year of birth.

If she files any legal case against you then you are cooked. Though you will get justice in court but it will take 2-4 years for it.

March 11, 2025 at 5:24 pmNot a lawyerJust break contact with her already.
As for safeguarding you legally. If she proves that you two met and had sex then that’s more than enough to put you behind bars.
So, it’s better for you to go offline. Remove your online presence and move on from her. No need to be in touch with her.
In these kind of cases, you should have firm resolve. Either you be with her or don’t be with her. Don’t lead her by giving her false hopes of marriage and all. This will quickly bite you royally once she realises that you are only using her for benefits.

March 9, 2025 at 4:37 amBy living I mean, get the wife out of house by using the logic that the flat is mom’s name.If she ever comes back then use this logic, and once she comes tell your brother to move away from the property and live somewhere else for some time.

March 8, 2025 at 12:42 pmNot a lawyer1. You need to hire a lawyer, someone from the said police station limits who knows people inside police station.
2., Nothing can be done, it’s false allegations. This will be proved false in court which will take 1-2 years.
3.hire a lawyer
4.,No you are not safe. She can file any case against you and loop you in. You need to make sure you are not present where she is. Don’t allow her into your mom flat. If your mom is owner of the flat, make sure she is in the flat and ask your brother to live somewhere else. Don’t have a call with your bhabhi.

March 8, 2025 at 12:36 pmNot a lawyerOP if she has gone to police then MAKE SURE YOUR FAMILY AND ESPECIALLY YOUR BROTHER THAT THE MARRIAGE IS OVER
First get th fir copy, ask th cops what all charges have been filed against you.
Its better to engage a lawyer who is from that specific police station locality. He/she will have contact in police and could be helpful in case.
If the flat is under your mom’s name then inform your brother to leave the flat and mom should live in it.
There is nothing you can do for false allegations. It will be dealt in court which would definitely take couple of years.
REMEMBER NEVER ALLOW THAT WOMEN TO VE BACK AT YOUR HOME. NEVER.

Generally it’s 30days waiting period. You can get in touch with local lawyer who will help in expending things. Money needs to be shed for it. As they can file your application in backdate.
