Yes it’s completely legal, as many said here already.

If you breach it, some companies even file a case for recovery of notice pay(i.e,. 3 months salary)

Usually filling a suit for partition in the civil court to obtain your mother’s share of her father’s property,
        should be done.
But in Bombay, local rules, I’m not aware.

You don’t have anything to do with Delhivery.

Write to the Amazon CEO desk,(search Amazon CEO email in the internet) describing your issue.
              Ask for refund,
Send them images of your emails sent to Delhivery, amazon etc,.

Don’t panic, your money will be refunded.
Make sure that Delhivery updated in the tracking, that your product is undeliverable and is being returned to seller.

You don’t need to know, what happens in the background.

Finally if all things won’t work, you can ask Amazon team to raise A-Z claim in amazon.

                Calmly say,
First, that you cannot afford to pay that much bill.
Then pay whatever you discussed earlier.

                If it fails…
Then say him, that this was the amount we discussed, so I can pay that only..

If the case is still pending, ask for NOC.

Go to the civil court which has jurisdiction of the area in which you have land,
File a suit for permanent injunction restraining your neighbours from interfering with your property.

It did not end in conviction, right?
So it is in a pending state..
                      No need to worry.

If it’s not a municipality, then it would come under the ambit of Panchayat.

Then those rules are governed by the Panchayat Raj act of your state.

All the lanes carved out for the walking purposes of the public become the property of Panchayat and are vested with them.
Even if it is Panchayat, it is illegal to destroy the public roads.
Address a letter to panchayat office officials.

–if they are planning to dig the road, tell them to stop digging, if they won’t stop, call the police that public property is being destroyed.
If possible record everything on a mobile.

Complain to municipal authorities in writing and get an acknowledgement.
if they fail to give an acknowledgement then you send the same complaint in registered post with acknowledgement due.

                          It is illegal,
You find these provisions in municipal laws.
If he is found digging the road for his septic tank and is found red handed, an FIR can be registered by the police stating that he is destroying the public property i.e, road.

Then resend mail stating that you have resigned, reason mentioning for resignation is not necessary, now putting senior manager/delivery manager in CC along with HR.
And if possible know senior HR details and CC him as well.

                              FIR can’t be registered.
                              It’s a civil matter

Send a mail to your manager mentioning all details of your resignation.
Put HR in CC of that mail
also put your senior manager in CC.
