        It all depends…

Were you kept on PIP before you resigned?

Or were you sent any emails by the manager/hr stating that your performance is bad?

What reason have you mentioned while resigning?

Is it mnc or small company?

Sad that you lost your valuable data, but

          Nothing can be done.

As u you pointed in one of the comments, you sign an application form before giving mobile to service.

In that you agree that you backup your data and MI is no way responsible for that.

          So you can’t do anything.

So Sad for the experience you had with her.

So far annulment vs mutual divorce is concerned,
Your problem comes under voidable marriage category.
1)Annulment means that, marriage itself becomes cancelled, like there will be no existence of marriage at all and your marriage is in nullity.

You can go to court, showing that your spouse has mental illness at the time of marriage and they concealed it to you.
All mental illness won’t make marriage voidable, but it should be of a higher degree that she can’t participate in marriage life.

2)Whereas, mutual divorce means, the marriage is done and later gets cancelled by the consent of both the parties.

Make sure you settle any money related issues before divorce to avoid later problems.

Any FIR registered, you should apply for anticipatory bail before you come to India.

                  I start by saying,
The death penalty is a type of legal murder.
Which finds an exception to punishment in general principles of IPC.(Now BNS.)

Death penalty is given in rarest of rare cases only.
Ref:Bachan Singh vs State of punjab.

Who has an authority to kill a person?
                  Answer is: No one.

what happens if a person is given death penalty and punished with it and later he is found not guilty?

India is one of the poorer countries in the world. Not all can afford legal expenses.
And what happens if poor innocent people are dragged into this false criminal cases and convicted?

And our criminal justice system works on the principle:
Let hundred culprits escape, but no innocent should be punished..

Let the deadly criminals be languished in Jails for a lifetime…

Their life is lost in Jails, even if they’re not shot dead.

There is always another side of the coin to debate about this as to why the death sentence is correct.
Hope I was able to persuade with my ..

Gift deed once executed cannot be revoked.
Once the donor gifts any property and the donee accepts it, it gets finalised and cannot be challenged.

But if they take any ground, that your grandfather is suffering from mental ill condition at the time of execution of deed and you influenced him to write in your favour, then scene may become a bit tricky..

                      Nothing to worry about..

But they may drag you into unnecessary litigation resulting in unwanted litigation expenses and time loss.

Facing such incidents is bad and leaves a lot of mental trauma.
Please take some counselling to come out of that.

Registering a complaint that has happened 4 years back, reduces the chance of your winning and rendering justice.
Since there is a delay of 4 years.

If he repeats such acts again, you can take legal action, it can be handled under provisions of BNS.
                        Earlier under sections 354 ipc.
