The other 351(2) bns is regarding criminal intimidation, which is compoundable.
Unfortunately, you can’t compound the FIR now as it involves 78 bns.
The option is to go to high court to quash,as earlier said by some persons in comments

Registration is mandatory for any subject matter, whose value is more than 100 rs.
Here there is no registration.

You need to go to the high court and file a writ of mandamus, asking the court for directing the officials to do their job properly and to change the names of owners of lands to your names based on your original docs.
