                Tell mom’s bother that every time POS father creates a ruckus, you will do 10 times to him if he interferes.

                Talk to a good family lawyer, get protection order against father and proceed with divorce. Install cameras with voice recording in the house (at least all places except bedrooms/toilets). Bullies run away when you stand up to them.

                Your mother is a victim of abuse. She needs you to have strength on her behalf.

                  Question: All kids are adults and you are financially independent. Why have you not started divorce proceedings? I can understand your mother may have learnt helplessness throughout her life. But please end the control of that monster over her life.

                  A family law lawyer can answer all the questions for you, taking into account all the details of the case. Dig deep, you have courage to do it within you.

                    They can terminate for any reason. That is their right. However giving a clean experience letter is their obligation unless criminal mischief is involved. Else labour court would love to screw to them over.

                    Do you really need that experience letter for 3-4 months?

                      What kind of company is this? Legally no one can extend your notice period without your approval. And for all the other shenanigans, labour court highly favours employees.

                        Read the rule book again and refile after 30 days. I hope you are keep a record of all correspondence with the bank.

                          Reach out to the Women’s cell at Local Police Station or City’s Women’s police station. They will call him to Police Station to council him in their own “special way”. Usually these Romeos go quiet at the slightest hint of Police because they fear repercussions.

                            Read the policy manual regarding resignation. Usually it recommends a set procedure for resignation. Your employment contract refers to this manual for guidance.

                            Raise now in the HR portal with original LWD and add screenshot of original email to the portal.

                            Did he mark the HR in resignation email? Why not? Escalate to the higher ups.

                            Worst case scenario: if they deduct anything from full and final for shorter notice period, he can approach the labour court.

                                Oh boy! Let me welcome to the wonderful world of RTI.

                                First a caution: RTI is a very transparent tool. They will know who is requesting the information. So if you fear retaliation; please use a third party as proxy.

                                Write first RTI application to RTI Authority of institute.
                                1. Ask for rules and memorandums under which student run bodies have been granted power to discipline students and levy punishment and fines. Ask for minutes of the meetings through which these rules and procedures were adopted.
                                2. Ask for the procedures that must be followed by the student run bodies to punish/levy fines. Appeals process rules too.
                                3. Ask for the process defined for collection of these fines. Who is authorised to collect them and issue receipts etc.
                                4. Ask for total fines awarded and collected in last and current financial year.

                                You get the drift.

                                Buy a ten rupees postal order from post office payable to the RTI and send the request by registered post with delivery receipt. Format can be googled.

                                Find RTI handbook on its website to guide you.

                                This will arm you with all the knowledge you need. That’s how you screw with power trippy student council.
