But he uses the word guard, which is never used in US in the context of TSA. They are always called officers. Basically OP wants to demean the CISF security personnel.

All 100 ml bottles should be put in transparent resalable plastic bag. The plastic bag’s capacity should be less than 1litre.ย

JAI airport is in India, TSA is responsible for security only in USA airports. You check if you can take legal action for TSA guards illegally working in India.ย  /s

Indian law does not cover notice period. The contract you signed with your employer has this clause.ย

Also the buyout will be at the discretion of the company. If they wish they can reject your buyout offer and ask you to serve the full notice period.

Well it is no notice from either side when the agreement ends OR full two month notice as per the agreement.
How can one conclude that one month is enough, but one day is not enough? Is one week also too short? what about 2 weeks?

Two months notice clause still applies, painting charges depends on the clause in agreement.

Assume you don’t provide any notice or renew the agreement till last date. Would you be fine if landlord comes on April 30th evening and asks you to vacate by EOD as agreement expired and he doesn’t need to give any notice?ย

He can’t do anything except for holding the deposit amount, reducing it by notice period, cutting for cleaning, repainting and giving remaining amount after he gets a tenant.

Service agreement that stipulates an employee paying a specified amount if they leave before the specified period has always been enforceable – as long as the amount is reasonable and employer can cite some training costs.

Forcing an employee not to leave before the period or asking for an exorbitant amount is not legal.

In this case the employee did not contest that the amount is huge or arbitrary. He was given a posting in Thiruvananthapuram that he did not like, so he resigned and did not want to pay the compensation amount. This is not a valid ground as all employee contracts clearly mention about transfer to any location. They also fought on a technical point that since he was based out of Kerala, Bangalore cannot be arbitration location. Company is HQed in Bangalore and I think contract has specified arbitration location as Bangalore.

Basic exemption limit is still available for STCG and LTCG (3L for last FY and 4L for this FY).

Basic exemption limit is not available only for special incomes like crypto

What do you mean by family coming under basic income of 12L? Income tax is calculated individually for everyone, there is no family level IT computations ( There is clubbing of income in some cases).

If 1L profit is the only income you have there is no tax as it comes under basic exemption limit ( 3L for FY 2024-25 and 4L for FY 2025-26)

Even if it is non competing company being on payroll of another company will be against the policies of HCL.ย

Their background check will find it if the startup creates a PF account. Even if PF is not creSted on the long run they may find it.

The idea is for delivery to happen to the address as provided in Aadhar. This also acts as a check that the address is really valid.ย
It is not the postman’s job to call and deliver to some new address. India post is governed by strict rules, postman cannot arbitrarily delivery elsewhere.ย

ย Trust kind of setup has a lot of compliance cost, doesn’t make sense unless you want to invest tens of crores.

You have 18 years duration, best is to invest in an index or flexicap fund and move to low risk options few years before target.ย

Minor accounts are a pain, best is to invest in your name and separate folio and gift it when needed.

For passport reissue if previous passport was issued by same RPO then 50% chances of issuing passport on post verification basis. If there is no change in address then 90% chance of post verification.

I got it reissued few years back. Got the SMS about passport being sent for printing even before I reached home from PSK. I got the passport on 3rd day. Police verification happened on 5th day. But no way to verify if there was any issue with police verification.
