RPO does not need any details from neighbors.

The local police in each jurisdiction have their own processes for verification. Most of these processes are adhoc, keep changing frequently. In some places it is mandatory to get letters from 2 neighbours along with their Aadhar details and phone number. There should be no issues in sharing, if you know the person for a long time.

The worst that can happen is they will not give a relieving letter and you cannot claim this 1.5 years experience ever in your career. You will have to explain this as a  break to your future employers.
Think if it is worth it and take a decision on absconding.

The company can send a legal notice, but most of them for not pursue it.
Be sure to handover any assets like laptop before you leave.

Fortunately you don’t have epf, that causes too much complications if you abscond

Once property is partitioned it loses its ancestral character. Legally father can sell it.

Paying rent as cash is not illegal. Claiming HRA from your employer does not need owner PAN. You need it only to claim tax deduction, which is not possible under new regime.

Get a rent receipt signed every month when you pay cash. Add this a clause in the agreement that rent receipt will be signed by the owner every month.

It is unfortunate that you are still not understanding that what you tried to do is tax evasion and illegal.

Actually it is not moral policing. One can argue it is morally not wrong to evade taxes – government spends it on worthless things, system is corrupt, they don’t catch bigger evaders etc.

It is illegal to engage a commission agent who will give back the donated money in cash. Conniving to convert black money of politician to white money is an obvious crime.

What type of pensioner is your mother? Retired employee of Central government, state government, psu? Or old age pensioner?
In most cases they have multiple modes to provide life certificate. It can be done digitally using the app, by postman coming home, by visiting the bank where pension credited or getting gazetted officer signature?
Was her pension denied despite providing life certificate just because they could not contact her over the phone? You can complain in CPGrams

There is no legal action that can be taken for this. Sales guys promising a timeline and technical guys not adhering is a common issue. You have a valid case only if the installation gets delayed by an inordinate time and you are still charged.

This is likely because niva bupa thinks the cancer was pre existing when you ported. They may suspect you were aware of the symptoms. You should be able to prove that you were not aware and no treatment was taken

Also if bp, diabetes was existing during porting and was not declared they may cancel the policy due to misrepresentation.

Even without the clause in section 27,  employer can ask the employee to leave without full notice period if the employee has resigned on their own.

This happens very often in many companies. I have been a manager and directed by my seniors to relieve resigned employees early without paying for NP, not served. I have checked with my company HR and they said this is legal.

These days they have ABHA id to which all your medical details are tagged. Ensure your records are not tagged .

It is difficult for insurer to get old records from hospitals you have visited .Typically during a hospitalization doctors take detailed history of all your past diseases. Patients or their relatives tend to mention it and Dr adds to case notes. Insurer sees the notes, denies the claim and cancels the policy. All premiums paid are wasted.
But for something like ocd less chances of the issue coming out if you are careful. If it is a physical ailment or surgery Dr. can find it on their own by clinical examination.

Now you are not taking medicines. But if you again have to start it then more chances of detection, as things are getting linked to ABHA id slowly.

Even moratorium clause may not help as they may claim fraud.

So it is always a risk even after several years if you lie about your PEDs. You are the best judge of risk- reward equation.

No, this is not ancestral property, F can dispose it as per his wish. Son of F has no claim till F is alive. F can also will it to any person of his wish.

A property has to be passed on for atleast 4 generations and not partitioned to be considered ancestral

I feel it is very fair if they refund just the excess amount. Mental trauma, panic etc. are really not quantifiable to get monetary compensation.

Ola is agreeing to refund the excess fare (I believe you mean excess fare when you mention access fare) charged for the detour from B to A through C. This is a very fair resolution. It would be your responsibility to be aware of the route and correct it if there is any deviation. Being on a call is not an excuse.

There could be a bug in the app or you might have unknowingly entered wrong location(it happens very frequently, the pin just changes and we dont notice if in a hurry). You cannot demand compensation for the panic caused due to no fault of Ola.

You should have paid the amount while trying to resolve the excess fare. Now no choice but to pay late charges.
