POP you need to file for succession pronto. Get hold of a lawyer..ask him 1) to issue legal notice to cease and desist from harrassing and threatening you guys 2) Leave the land bought by your dad and lastly demand share of the ancestral property. Simultaneously the lawyer should apply for copy of revenue records and you should get land bought by dad mutated to your mother’s name.Btw where are you based.
