PThis is the same story with Housing.com. These websites don’t have RERA registered brokers..seem to leak personal data like a sieve and all manner of crooks have infiltrated these websites . I have filed a consumer complaint in NCR against a website and also on cyber crime portal. Dothe cybercrime complaint immediatelyPIt is a very difficult topic.pls take following suggested measuresand put it together in a file:
1. Govt notification of acquisition clearly demarcating boundaries of acquisition. If necessary apply under RTI and get the information.This should be available with DFO.
2. Request for a drone survey and try and find out if satellite mapping can be done for area which you claim still to be under your ownership.
3. Find our what you are free to do with the land which is under ur control .get this in writing or request for notification denitifying this area.
4. If you plan to do something with this land seek explicit permission. If not forthcoming, send a legal notice under Sec 80 CPC through your lawyer and go to HC under writ.
PThat is inter bank transfer..you are better of wot UPI than cash. CIvil suit forrecivery of money is the way forward..where are you based ?PYoung man..exbanker and lawyer here.This has to be fought . You need to ask a lawyer to send notice and give time. If after 7 day notice period you should ask the lawyer to initiate civil suit for recovery ans also ask court to freeze ponzi uncles account. PDont worry.Ask them to initiate necessary legal action and meet them in court.Theyare covering up some botch up inside their company
