        – It is always best to file Complaints and avail of legal remedies, in the off chance it may work. It may also help you learn a few things or two.

        – If fatigue is already there, take assistance of people close to you for this

          – Does not appear to be legal. Notice Period does not mean complete severance of relationship with the Company. You still have to work and if you work, you should get paid, and you should get paid in time.

          – Send written demands in Mail notifying them about the Salary. Submit that withholding salary dangerously puts you at peril and makes your survival difficult. Seek responses in writing only.

          – if possible, you could consider not agitating before vesting of ESOPs. However, if survival itself becomes difficult, go legal.

                    Frankly, I am afraid it would require a lot more effort than this.

                    – Letter should be sent seeking compassion.

                    – Thereafter, Complaint with Ombudsman. Thereafter, escalation to Appellate Authority, then RBI.

                    – Thereafter, Legal Notice.

                      Ask them to say so in writing.

                      – In case they don’t, send them an Email/Letter detailing all your issues and the fact it was found to be cosmetic mark/scratch and you deny the same.

                      – Send a Legal Notice thereafter to Croma.

                      – Failing which, approach Apple. Send them an Email/Letter, then Legal Notice

                      – File a Consumer Complaint after that.
