      Lawyer here.

      – Companies can change the Notice Period.

      – You can attempt to negotiate with the Company to lower it to 1 month, or negotiate with new Company to delay it by 1 month, or Pay the remaining Notice Period amount and join the Company.

          – Croma Policy provides a 7 Day Return/Replacement window. [https://www.croma.com/cancellation-and-return](https://www.croma.com/cancellation-and-return)

          – Thereafter, Return/Replacement is based on the Policy of the Company manufacturing the product (viz. Apple, in your case).

              – Outstanding amounts are paid from the estate (movable and immovable property) left behind by the deceased.

              – Legal Heirs, in case they inherit any estate from the deceased, are bound to pay the outstanding debt from the inherited estate only, not from the personal property of the legal heirs.

              – The above will apply in case there is no other co-signer/guarantor/surety.

I must add that prior to complaining to the RBI, it is necessary to file a Complaint with the Bank first.

You can try arguing with the Cop to not register an FIR since the speed was less. Any Dashcam footage would do good too.

                                Lawyer here.

There is a lot to unpack, discuss and future course of action decided:

                                1. Whether a Divorce needs to be filed at this stage (whether Mutual or based on Adultery)?

                                2. Whether a Criminal Case needs to be filed against the man from the society (based on criminal trespass, etc.)?

                                3. Whether they should, at all, live separately or not? What purpose will that serve? How sure can one be that they will file for Divorce after 1 Year?

                                4. Whether Judicial Separation is also an available option? Should a Separation Agreement too be executed?

I would suggest seeking assistance of a trustworthy and experienced lawyer for this.

Yes, they will demand more amount. Answering whether they will get that or not is far beyond the scope of a Reddit Comment.
