the worst, even I had the same experience, the service man tried to sell me Amc I said I’ll do it online later after which that mf said if you do that I can’t give you the filter and he didn’t for like a month I had to call their line daily and abuse them finally he showed up and told me it’s all my fault, they probably get commision out of it, the worst experience ever with this company
