You are lucky to be alive. Be thankful and move on. Book a DriveU or a cab next time. It’s not worth risking your or someone’s lives over few drinks and couple of hundred rupees.

Qi had an issue last year where i paid amc to a guy over gpay and then agency closed. AMC was not updated which I found out only when I needed the service and engineer started telling me rates. It took few months of calls, mails, twitter, nch to get them to accept their fault. Luckily i had a gpay proof which saved me.OP raise NCH complaint and mail them daily to their escalation email ids.
