March 17, 2025 at 3:50 pmADVOCATE HERE. That’s exactly why we give out written commitments with identified priorities/goals. Nonetheless, in your case, you can go ahead and file a Bar Council complaint against your previous counsel for being negligent. If you can really prove your stance, you might just get his license suspended for a while. However, be alerted that he will 100% pursue appeal and during appeal proceedings, his license would be restored. March 15, 2025 at 8:26 pmThat’s not the correct opinion. For insurance, damage should have occurred, and you must not be at fault, along with other standard conditions like no rioting, racing, earthquake etc. Fulfill that and your third party claim will go through. March 15, 2025 at 7:01 amADVOCATE HERE. You can do a lot of things, however, foremost action would be to file a cyber crime complaint. Please note that action will not be taken instantly, it may be matter of months too. Next, you can file complaint on NCH/Consumer Complaint at Commission. NCH will be free of cost. You can further register a complaint with GST Department. There are other steps too but too much to write. Please take action. My best wishes.RRapidbear8085

March 14, 2025 at 10:13 amADVOCATE HERE. Firstly, count my words on it, no woman will take action against her family, so there’s no “we” really. Secondly, you can file a complaint before police, however, it is 110% bound to not receive any action. So, pretty much waste of time, unless you want to approach Court. March 14, 2025 at 10:02 amADVOCATE HERE. Ideas cannot be protected strictly, however, you can get potential investor into signing an NDA along with non-compete clause. There are a few other ways but too complex to be conveyed through text. March 11, 2025 at 9:34 pmADVOCATE HERE. Nominee is duty bound not to misappropriate assets received. You are well within rights to oppose said activities. Foremost suggestions would be that you file injunction suits and interim application seeking status qua. Secondly, write letters to local Sub Registrar of Property as well as Police about the circumstances. If in case she sells off or transfers money, you will get an upper hand. There are few more hat tricks as a professional legal practitioner myself, but I’ll save it for some other day. My best wishes.RRapidbear8085

March 9, 2025 at 10:43 pmADVOCATE HERE. You have plenty options, and better to exercise them togetherly. Lodge a cyber complaint, a police complaint, NCH complaint, and consumer complaint. Most of it will not cost you anything, however, will cost the seller his patience, and you may get your money back. My best wishes.RRapidbear8085
