March 5, 2025 at 5:43 pmADVOCATE HERE. For NCR’s renewal of RC, it is IMPOSSIBLE NOW. I am literally still fighting the case before High Court of Delhi and Department of Transport has stated that we are bound by NGT’s order, hence, no renewal of RC, even if vehicle is fit otherwise.Several other states like Haryana and Himachal have also adopted this norm. Get the vehicle transferred to somewhere else and seek renewal. Maharashtra frequently does so.

March 5, 2025 at 5:29 pmADVOCATE HERE. Firstly, fill the claim form along with necessary documents (even if you got just the policy number and no document). Preserve the application number/acknowledgement number etc. Meanwhile, copy that and file it with the Internal Insurance Ombudsman. If it gets rejected, approach for statutory Insurance Ombudsman or Consumer Commission, as per your discretion. My best wishes.March 4, 2025 at 2:15 am in reply to: A colleague has absconded the company taking money from many employees #42636RRapidbear8085

March 4, 2025 at 2:15 amADVOCATE HERE. You got plenty of options, however, the best option would be to file a police complaint. It’s almost a 100% that you are not going to get your money back. Regarding other things you mentioned: Blacklisting is discretionary right of your MNC. EPF/PPF blocking is discretionary right of EPFO/Relevant authority. You CAN complain to them, but you cannot claim this blocking as a right of yours.March 2, 2025 at 8:05 pm in reply to: Challenging and Changing Exhaust Modification Laws in India #43389RRapidbear8085

March 2, 2025 at 4:42 amI don’t see any reason for you to be offended. You were given appreciation. Well, that’s how reddit is, I guess.Nonetheless, Mr. CA Professional, my opinion would be: Kindly approach a legal professional in-person to have a custom tailored and genuinely crafted “opinion” suited to your requirements and circumstances ๐ My best wishes.

If things remain the same, a few hat tricks are available with legal professionals. Other than this: Suit for recovery of money, cyber crime complaint, suit for injunction and a few hat tricks are suitable to your circumstances. My best wishes.RRapidbear8085

March 2, 2025 at 4:18 amThat’s too cryptic to be advised properly. Let me assume the worst, i.e. if she has submitted a complaint against you (can be a frivolous complaint too), then police is within authority to reach out to you. Impounding of passport is usually not done but also exceptionally done. News? No chance about it. Company kicking out? If you are in public employment, suspension may be done but not termination at this stage. Private companies usually don’t terminate unless offence is of moral turpitude. There are a lot of ifs and buts in this proposition, better would be that you engage a counsel. My best wishes.March 2, 2025 at 2:16 am in reply to: is it ok to go to court for 1200rs fraud by shopKeeper? #43939RRapidbear8085

Glad to see a CS candidate/professional indulging into a domain not really required for CS, please keep up thr good work

March 1, 2025 at 8:13 pmIts alright, I’m here to help you understand. Firstly, your matter is primarily in the domain of “Consumer Commission”, however, if you feel you were purposely cheated, then you should approach local police station and they will 100% refuse to register your complaint, thus, you have to approach “Judicial Magistrate’s Court” of area where this shop is located to get FIR lodged for cheating. The judge will definitely consider amount involved, however, a good legal counsel knows to work around.
