RI wouldn’t resign and would be asking them to transfer my job over to the new company. Don’t care what they have to do but don’t resign until you have seen and read your new contract.RMy son never got a bonus as like you he was on his probation period. This was pointed out to him though, not sure if it was written into the employment contract, yes my son was disappointed but it was what it was, didn’t make a fuss and as a surprise as he had performed well they did actually give him an unofficial payment.
