Lawyer here. You have no legal relationship with the owner of the car. Your relationship was with Zoomcar; owner’s relationship was with Zoomcar. Zoomcar appears to have followed protocol as per your narration. There ends the matter. Ignore the owner and get on with your life, and be careful and avoid accidents to save your own life

Lawyer here. Yes, you can file a case of cheating, maybe extortion. If the police don’t register an FIR, file a private complaint with a magistrate. Give me a donation of 50K and advance on 25K, I’ll do this for you.

Lawyer. Possession is 9/10s of ownership. As long as your tenant is putting a lock and preventing your entry into the house/room, the tenant is in possession. The tenant has a right of adverse possession if they have been in continuous possession of the room/house for 12 years. Good luck on your eviction suit

Lawyer here. Yes, you’ll need a lawyer for a _habeas corpus_. In your police complaint, ensure that it says your wife has been abducted and wrongfully restrained by her parents

Lawyer here. File a consumer case. Make the seller the first OP and Amazon the second OP as the marketplace. You’ll get favourable orders

Lawyer here. You can’t, even if you have a clause; that clause may be illegal. Under Indian rent control laws, you have to obtain an eviction order from the court. They’re tenant-centric. File an eviction suit with an ancillary relief of _mesne_ profits

Lawyer. File a complaint with the police. If they don’t pursue it, file a private complaint with the jurisdictional magistrate seeking a direction to the police to investigate. You can also file a civil suit seeking tortious damages for assault and battery.

Lawyer here. This! But to get to the bottom of this, you need to do two things: (A) get counselling for yourself, so you are mentally prepared in case she is gay; (B) have an honest communication with her about your feelings and hers, without getting into a blaming mode. If you do these two things, 90% of your issues could be sorted out. As far as an MOU and the sanctity of it is concerned, it is not worth the paper on which it is written. We are not Americans. There is no system of MOUs and pre-nups or post-nups in India.
