Thatโ€™s incorrect. I personally know people whoโ€™ve had lakhs of rupees reversed.

If the cops are diligent, thereโ€™s a chance you might get your money back. If possible, try to get someone influential to talk to cops.

Sad to hear what you are going through.

If there is one thing I would want every single first-home-buyer to know, is to
NEVER buy an under construction property.

Big builder or small , it doesnโ€™t matter. All are corrupt at their own level and system is designed to frustrate you!

Ask those parents whose kids and family members have been painfully killed due to rabies because evil people like you want to keep strays on the road and keep feeding them. None of the decent countries in the world have aggresive strays dogs like India has. Even 1-2 European countries that allow strays, put them to sleep at the first instance of them getting aggressive.

It’s only because of corrupt NGOs, pharma mafia and evil imbeciles like you that India has the highest rate of rabies in the world.

As I said earlier, karma will come to haunt you sooner or later.

You and people like you are a menace to society. Period.

You will never understand that individuals, especially children, have a genuine fear of dogs, yet people like you let your pets roam freely and continue feeding stray animals.

Yes, you can seek assistance from corrupt NGOs and the AWBI, which was established at the behest of a corrupt politician. They will “handle” law-abiding citizens in your community by sending them threatening letters and making abusive phone calls.

For all the trouble and horrifying acts dog feeders and pet owners like you have caused in this country, karma will deal with you sooner or later.

Well said. Once you are extremely rich, cops won’t touch you. They know if they implicate you in a false case, you will put up a battery of lawyers to screw their life in court and otherwise.

The case of Prasanna was an exception otherwise rich-and-not-into-crimes is the best way to lead a worry free life in India.

Their corruption is only revealed by accident. There was another case of mistaken identify of a HC judge Nirmala where the bribe money was given to another judge with the same name. Google it.

Indian judiciary has created a closed system for themselves whereby while they will pass judgement on every single entity in India, but if culprit is from their own community they have their own set of rules.
Few years back there was a rape case on a SC judge, SC promptly gave a clean chit. For a normal man, there is a definite jail time involved even if a case is fake.

While they ask every politician to reveal their source of income, but this exercise is optional for milords.

There should be a jail time for the SHO. 5L is nothing for crook cops.

In India, it is extremely difficult to prove adultery. Courts are mostly sympathetic towards the girl.

Now for your case, hire a detective. Do this for your peace of mind (I know ironical) and to show her the proofs. You can even visit the hotel on your own. Try to make friends with the receptionist and offer some money to get cctv footage or register entry. Every hotel is required by law to possess id proofs of guests. (Everything is available for sale in our corrupt country if you know how and whom to approach).

Once you have those, and you decide to separate sit with her calmly, ask her what she has been upto. Then try to separate on mutually amicable terms. Do not try to involve legal in between, again saying Indian courts are completely biased towards the girl and this especially is true as you move above from lower to HC to SC.

Now, another angle as a devil’s advocate. It may just be a figment of your imagination. she may be visiting a chai tapri etc nearby or some hotel for a good meal with coworkers. Tread with caution.

Go and meet the SP/SSP/Commissioner of the area and explain your ordeal. They are IPS levels officers and *some* of them still have some humanity left inside.

I have researched on this topic a lot . Sent representations to authorities etc. These feeders earn money feeding dogs.
Unless there is a mass movement, it is extremely difficult to fight against this mafia of Maneka, Pharma and dog feeders.

This Indian Kanoon guy makes a lot of money via Adsense and takes advantage of this loophole that the info is public and hence he is not liable.
                                The caveat is that
                                1) The public info on court websites is not indexable by search engines
                                2) he earns money through your private info.

Go to HC or authorities with this argument. Best of luck!

Go through your bank. There is so much fraud these days that the accidental recipient, even if genuine , would be scared to do the money back to you.

The bank route may take some time but will be safe for both of you.
