If it’s a criminal defamation- you can ask others who got cheated to put a 420 case on consulting company. Keep in mind it’s against the law for a company in US to ask for visa fees from employees, you can figure the registration name of this company in US.Then put a complaint on Department of Labor and DHS and USCIS website saying this company and its owners are committing visa fraud and asking beneficiaries or employees money 💰 and exploiting them.

SAny call recordings discussing money giving or her using for wedding ? That will help a lot. I would suggest talking to her parents and record conversations around giving money. Or ask someone else common but not suspicious to discuss this money dealing with her and record her or her parents. Third party recordings can help a lot with your case. Good luck and be careful !
