The court has the power to grant bail in non bailable offenses but at its own discretion. It is not a right.

Depends from case to case, upon every judge. The judge decides on his own discretion. Judges don’t always follow the law. They do what they feel is right. Even if it means enforcing their beliefs on the parties.

There should be little to no room for interpretation in Pocso laws.

This is a very shitty decision imo. Pocso should not have this much room for interpretation.

Most men who get bail mostly when the woman is above 17 but below 18, and the man is just 18. The age difference here is more than 5 years. There is a huge mental maturity difference between the two.

The court did the right thing. And also, any marriage where either party is a minor, the marriage is automatically void.

Send a legal notice by registered post through an advocate. If no response, file a suit in the civil court.

Let the police know. They will handle it. They’re usually responsible if a POSH matter comes up.

I would accept that if I were you. Don’t sign away your freedom.

Keep all documents ready. All proofs. Invoices, shipping manifests etc. Then hire a lawyer, send a legal notice for recovery, file a suit for pre litigation mediation and then a money recovery suit in the commercial courts.

Source : my company is also facing problems with flipkart regarding refunding money. So this is the route we’re taking.

If your dad is poor with money management, don’t do it. If the firm or partnership fucks up, you as a partner will also be implicated.

If you’re the only legal child of the mother, the other child will not. It will be different if your mother has adopted the other child.

Yeah sorry I’m not gonna help you with this.

If you’ve got the capability to testify and put a criminal behind bars, it’s your duty to do so. How would you feel if one of your family members is the victim and a person who’s statement can put the culprit behind bars refuses to do so?

If you’re scared of any potential consequences, tell the police that you need police protection during the duration of the trial because you’re scared for your life.

                                Is the gift deed registered?

Since your grandpa is now suffering from alzheimer’s, did you take a doctor’s report before executing and registering the gift deed?

If answers to both these questions are yes, then nothing to worry about.

What kind of rental agreement have you done? A lease? A leave and license?

Send a termination notice stating that as per the terms of the agreement the agreement will be terminated after the notice period on ___ date.

Since it’s an office space, assuming they do business there, inform the same to the GST department and get their GST registration cancelled in that property. A valid rental agreement is mandatory for a GST registration.

If you have done a lease agreement, you can still sell the property. Insert in the sale agreement that the new owners will abide by the terms of the lease. And then later you can make an attornment letter.

I’ll need info regarding the type of agreement which you have made to suggest further remedies.
