Once they provide or if they provide the details I will be checking those cases in the ecourt website.Of course they also need to share their Bar ID number and licence etc with me before I engage them.
As I always say in India everyone is waiting to scam you, online and offline both, so no harm in asking for all the details before paying a single rupee to anyone.
SThe ethical question is why did you accept the offer and join them?The practical answer is to reply to the Notice, go to the nearest court complex in your city, pay around INR 1000 (max) to the lawyer and send the reply.
