As per OP he is already threatening her.SPeople want to take a small time roadside vendor charging 5 rupees extra on top of MRP calling it cooling charges or whatever to consumer court. Here you have a behemoth simply getting away charging 2x the price of the product, not just with one but every customer purchasing the product and the advise is to ignore because it’s not worth the hassle.
You have a valid case OP, you should pursue charges against them. No one is allowed to charge above MRP. Atleast do the bare minimum to help fellow consumers escape from their malpractice.
SIf you are working and in a position to return back the 7000 your friend borrowed from your ex, pay her and do everything to collect the money from your friend. While you are not responsible for her financial decisions, it’s easier for you to follow up with your friend and collect the money than her doing it. Again, you don’t owe her anything, it’s her poor financial decision.It’s one thing to end the relationship on a bad note, but another thing to feel like you got scammed coming out of a relationship.
SI am surprised. OP has to checkin some way. Is there any online check-in for TCS? How can you get away without logging into the systems for 3 months? I think in Infosys its just 3-4 days, if you don’t check-in and don’t apply for leaves, you are considered absconding and they will start the termination process. From your other posts, it looks like you have not filed any cases against him and merely looking for annulment to get out of this relationship. While it’s very difficult to relate to be in your position and get out of this abusive relationship, I believe he has taken it too far and you have given him a far too much leeway with him accusing you of being a male, spreading lies and hatred among your loved ones.With him asking for dowry, taking away all your money and gold, you have all the reasons to file dowry and maintenance cases. You can file enough cases to make him regret his life decisions and drown him with a taste of his own medicine, that is hurting you for no reason.
It’s unfortunate that undeserving men get filed such cases against them and their families get dragged in to endless legal battles and your soon to be x husband goes scot-free.

You can’t decide your posting though, though you can provide your preferred location choice, you might get posted to your hometown as well if they have a DC in there.The only thing you need to focus on is to ensure that you do your best and clear the training.
