Do you know what an escalated police case would do to your career ?

If its not a police case, why don’t you move out immediately instead of wasting your focus, attention and peace ?

OP do what you can legally to stop him from selling it

But please do not let your whole life be dictated by a piece of land.
You are bearing the responsibility of everything since such an early age.
You can achieve in life much more than a piece of land. Make it life resolution to buy a bigger piece of land for your mom.

Think of it as the land never belonged to you. Leave it with your father, let him sell it and enjoy the money before he drinks it all . And cut all financial ties with him. Stop giving him any money and let him spend his life from the money of the cursed land .

Learn the lesson, end friendship and move on.

I have lost small sums to close friends, distant friends but I make sure to kick them from my life.

I also used to think we should help poor people like maids, drivers who work for us.
Resultant => I am owed 30k from maid and 10k from drivers for family stuff and they haven’t paid back as well. Start crying when I deduct from their salary. I am assuming I will have to write them off.

                    Go through the first route.

Companies are more afraid of notices than you might think.

But that’s illegal. There are labour laws and company doesn’t run on whims of managers/CEOs.

Long way : If you are still scared, just contact any small town lawyer who can help you draft an email, finding which clause from offer letter to use. Just write the email, stop working after 90 days (do send a mail on 90th day) and get a notice drafter by the same lawyer and send them. Process shouldn’t cost more than 5000 rupees.
I know one collegue who sent notice to company over gratuity (company had re-registered during his tenure so company was denying gratuity). After the notice, company paid him from their own pockets the amount which he was asking.

Shortcut : Stop giving any productive work right away. Kill time and say you didn’t understand the task blah blah. They will let you go withing 2 weeks. If it is a lala company from Noida, they will withhold your remaining salary, so “””**do this only if you are ready to let go of your salary and experience letter”””**.

                        Absolutely no.

Threaten that you will tell the landlord that she was subletting the flat and earning money on it. No landlord likes to let unknown person in their apartment who they don’t know. Just move out when she is not home. Thats it.

                            I wouldn’t do it.

She can lease a legit office space, there are commercial buildings which allow this at as low as 5k per month rent.

Why are you even considering the thought I don’t understand.

Did he miss one payment or he hasnโ€™t paid a dime ?

What exactly is your question? That if you can skip paying the loan at all ?

There is honestly nothing you can do to “prepare” yourself for marriage.

You have to face it along the way. It is a hard process, probably the hardest thing you will have to do until now, which is to start living with a stranger, fall in love and give up a lot of what you are right now.

So just get married, try to love and respect the girl and hope she reciprocates !
